I love this product. It makes my skin super smooth. I have sensitive skin and it's very gentle and gets the job done. I also like that it leaves some sparkles on my face!

Benefits: does not irritate or scar
Excelent scrab! I tried so many 5-star brands but always return to this one. It does not irritate skin or scar like most of scrabs do, cleans dead skin off and black heads. The only thing that I would recomend is to use this scrab first on warmed up face before a cleanser because this scrab leaves a chalky white residue all over the skin.

I HAVE RECENTLY RETURNED TO LAMER AND EVENTUALLY WILL BE USING EVERYTHING LAMER FOR MY SKINCARE REGIME, I AM PRESENTLY BUILDING MY TREASURED COLLECTION, AND SPEAKING OF TREASURES,WELL THIS FACIAL IS A TREASURE AND WHAT WOULD YOU FIND A TREASURE? DIAMONDS OF COURSE! THIS FACIAL IS A TRUE TREASURE WITH THOSE LOVELY DIAMOND PARTICLES AND WHAT A GREAT EXFOLIATOR FOR THE SKIN, I ALSO USE THIS LITTLE GEM AS A MASK, I FIRST APPLY THIS FACIAL TO MY SKIN WHILE STILL DAMP. I THEN SCRUB IN CIRCULLAR MOTIONS FOR A FEW MINUTES AND I THEN APPLY MORE AND LEAVE ON FOR 20-30 MINUTES. I THEN REMOVE FACIAL WITH WARM WATER AND I THEN SLIGHTLY DRY MY SKIN AND THEN I APPLY MY HYDRATING INFUSION AND THEN MY BELOVED CREME DE LAMER. OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH SUCH A TREAT. I WILL NOT BE WITHOUT THIS PRODUCT , I USE THIS 3-5 TIMES A WEEK AND MY SKIN TOLERATES THIS WONDER WELL. A MUST TRY!!!!

I use it twice a week and I leave it on for about ten minutes. I use the cleasing fluid on top of it the facial, and I blend the two together. Its heavenly!!! My face is so soft and fresh afterwards!!!

I am slowly switching to all La Mer products. When you are over 65 and people compliment your skin is enough for me to switch. This product delivers what it promises and that is enough for me.

The Refining Facial is an excellant product. I am absolutely loving it. It works fabulously as an exfoliator and even better as a mask. I was just using it to exfoliate a few times a week..... and then another La Mer devotee tipped me off that it makes an amazing pore cleansing and refining, radiance boosting, tonic like face mask. I use it about three times a week as a face mask. It is leaving me glowing and refreshed. I have found the best method to be cleansing with my La Mer Gel Cleanser then apply The Refining Facial to my still dampened skin. After which, I massage it onto my skin, focusing on my nose, cheeks, and forehead. After massaging it in, I apply a bit more product over the top and leave on for 15 to 30 minutes then gently wash off using only my hands and comfortable hot water. After this I follow with the rest of my La Mer routine. It is absolutely a treat, an absolute spa treatment at home.

I absolutely love this product! I have tried other products similar to this, but all they ever did was cause my skin to break out. I have noticed that since using this 3 times a week, my skin is smoother, brighter and clearer than ever before. This is one product that I can't live without! I highly recommend it.

The La Mer Refining Facial is a product I recommend due to a variety of benefits it provides. When I apply the product, I use it as directed, but then leave it on my skin for about 10 minutes. This way, it acts as both a light exfoliant, in addition to a face mask. Since clay is one of the ingredients, it works much like a clay mask, slightly tightening and cleansing the skin. I use this once a week, with great results. My skin is clearer, brighter and more refined. I greatly suggest using one of the La Mer Tonics to get off the excess residue, otherwise it is a bit difficult to get off.
