some might wonder if a $65 face cleanser is worth it..let me tell you, it is! I used it with my Clarisonic and only the smallest amount makes rich lather, and makes my face clean and smooth! I love the smell, and I love that my face feels SO clean and refreshed! worth every penny!!

I used to not think a cleanser for your face would really make a difference, that is till i started using this cleansing gel. This cleanser REALLY Cleans your skin, you are left with GLOWING SKIN, this single product does make a difference in the appearance of your skin, your skin is clear and fresh and ready for the rest of your lamer skincare products. I also LOVE the smell, i wish they could make this into a fragrance, beautiful. Also, this will not dry your skin out and throughly removes all makeup, i plan to repurchase soon!!!!!!

I love this cleansing gel, small amount will last you for a very long time. I pump half of the dime size and lather it up real good on my dirty skin.. rub it... work it ,then you will feel so clear on your skin all the make up gone! Skin feel so refreshing and smell wonderful. I can never found the best cleansing gel like this before.
The result: clear, not dry out or greasy on you skin. Just perfect!
I think you if you want a good skin you have to start with a very good cleanser. You will love it like I do. I know the price is kind of high for a cleanser but worth it every penny you spent. After that, i will apply The radiant Infusion, The Lifting Serum, and Retin-A then Moisture Gel (Night time) .
For Day time, just radiant Infusion, Moisture Gel and The spf 30 UV protecting fluid.

I've been using this Cleansing Gel for over 10 years. I think my husband loves this gel more than I do! It cleans without being harsh... leaving your skin feeling perfect. I would highly recommend this product.
I receive so many nice comments on my skin and it is because I have use La Mer products daily for so many years.

I had high hopes for this based on the other reviews, but the cleanser really didn't do anything for my face that Dove bar soap doesn't do.
My skin has pretty clear though, so maybe this is better for skin prone to acne.
The cleanser does smell nice though, but for the hefty price tag, I'd expect a little more than nice scent.

I'm 26 years old and have been battling acne since I was 12. I've tried MANY other cleansers, going to the doctor (which only made things worse) and this is the ONLY thing that helped my poor skin. I have fair, VERY sensitive skin and this cleans thoroughly and keeps me clear. It feels clean without being over dried when I pat it dry after I wash my face. I follow with The Tonic (not oil absorbing, just the regular one) and it feels better than anything I've experienced. There is no cost too great for beautiful skin, this stuff is amazing and lasts forever. Try it you won't be disapointed! :o)

this is the best cleanser i've ever used. i have very sensitive skin that is often affected by the harsh chemicals in other facial products. the cleansing gel is the perfect balance for my skin. perfectly moisturizing and not too abravisive. i love it!

This cleanser is my favorite. I have tried so many cleansing products before and nothing works as well as the La Mer Cleansing Gel. It is a perfectly balanced cleanser, cleaning deep into your pores while being gentle enough not to dry out or irritate my skin. I am a 25 year old guy and love it. It has been my staple cleanser for over a year now. The Cleansing Gel is also great as a shave gel. I squirt a bit in my hands and smooth it on my face just prior to shaving. The gentle and smooth gel keeps my razor running smoothly over my beard while minimizing any shaving irritation. Also, I used to breakout and this cleanser along with the rest of my La Mer products have completely stopped my breakouts..... and I know it is these products because anytime I try a new line from anyone, my face begins to breakout again. This is heaven sent.

Cleans skin without leaving it dry or oily. My skin is a combination of very oily to fairly dry and this is the perfect cleqnser for me. Works for me year round from very cold weather to very hot and humid weather!

LaMer cleansing gel is the only face wash I use on my face. It leaves my face smooth and clean.

There is no comparison to the feeling during and after use of the gel facial cleanser. I've tried many other brands out there and La Mer is indeed superior. My skin glows!
